故事背景於清朝，清官之子韋風（薑大衛飾）為了到田家找出叛變之實據，遇上了田家孫女芝芝（黃杏秀飾），芝芝最後為掩護韋風，慘死於田老拳下；韋風死裏逃 生，為報仇創出螳螂拳法……
